Our first-class almonds are meticulously machine harvested from trees planted at a distance of 6m x 6m apart in our 120-hectare orchard.
Preparation is carried out using traditional artisanal methods where the almonds are lightly fried before being salted to perfection.
Salted almonds, rich in protein, carbohydrates and healthy oils, are ideal as an aperitif or with tapas accompanied by our fine wines.
Viña Elena boasts a total of 110 hectares of orchards planted with several varieties of almond trees that have adapted well to the region’s climate and soils.
Bodegas Viña Elena also strives to insure that its almond production is processed and packed using traditional methods.
