As a small family winery, in Viña Elena we know the importance of our roots, of knowing where we come from and where we are going, and of thanking those people who have made it possible for our Monastrell wine to be where it is today.

One of those people is Paco Pacheco, and for this reason, to celebrate Father’s Day, we would like to raise a toast to all fathers and especially to him, who gave us the keys to achieve what we know today as Bodegas Viña Elena.

We believe that there is no better way to convey our philosophy and our family origin to our consumers than by embodying it in the wines that we create ourselves.

We want to convey the importance we give and the love we have for the family. Thanks to our roots: our parents and grandparents, we are here today, and our way of paying tribute to them is by having a range of wines with the family name.

We believe that today is the perfect day to raise a toast to all the Joses, Josefas, Pepes and Pepas with the Pacheco Family.

As our motto well proclaims: “Following tradition, looking to the future”.

Selección para Paco 2020

As we have been discussing throughout the article, in our winery we give great importance to the family and our roots, which is why we always try to capture it everywhere, especially in our wines. A good example of this is our wine Familia Pacheco Selección, which you will be able to find with the new 2020 vintage very soon.

This wine was created in honor of Paco Pacheco, the patriarch of the family, and we believe that there is no greater sign of love than dedicating a wine to a loved one.

This wine is made with a selection of the best Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, which rest in French oak barrels for 12 months. An elegant wine, with character and harmony that leaves no one indifferent.
